1. We will specify the purposes for utilizing the personal information in collecting it and will not use such personal information for any other purposes without obtaining a principal’s consent.
2. We will make efforts to prevent unauthorized accesses and the loss, destruction, falsification, divulgation, etc. of personal information by taking measures to secure the accuracy and safety of personal information.
3. We will not provide personal information to any third party unless there is a justifiable reason such as gaining a principal’s consent or disclosing it according to law.
4. We will take measures required by laws and regulations if outsourcing the handling of personal information.

Definition of Personal Information

Personal information for this website refers to the information by which a specific individual customer can be identified including his/her address, name, telephone number, e-mail address that the customer sends to us through this website.

Collection of Personal Information

1. This website collects information including customers’ Internet domain name, IP address and access to this website in the form of an access log.
   Such information will be used for the purpose of further improving the contents of this website.
2. In requesting our catalogues and/or making an inquiry to us, customers may be requested to register their address, name, age, occupation, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “User Information”). It should be noted that the sender’s e-mail address will be shown to the receiver if the message is not delivered via the form.
   User Information will be used for our future reference. Accordingly, it may be forwarded to relevant departments within our company. In addition, User Information will be used including for our dealing with catalogue requests from customers and answering their inquiries.
3. Customers’ personal information to be entered in their requesting catalogs and making an inquiry will be SSL-encrypted in order to protect it.
   For this reason, customers might not be able to access relevant pages if they don’t use an SSS-enabled browser or depending on the configuration of a firewall, etc. for the intranet. Please understand and accept the above in advance.

Utilization Purpose of Personal Information

The personal information that customers offer to us will be used, in principle, solely for the purpose of providing to them the information on our products, services and related information or for the purpose of improving our products and services. In using the personal information for other purposes, we will clearly specify such other purposes to customers beforehand. We will not use customers’ personal information for other purposes than the said legitimate purposes without their consent.

Restriction on Use and Provision of Personal Information

  transportation companies, etc.) to the extent necessary to achieve the said utilization purposes;
• Laws and regulations, etc. require us to disclose the personal information.

It should be noted that the personal information may be used jointly with our affiliated companies within the scope of its utilization purposes.

We will take measures needed for the proper control of the collected information including the prevention of its divulgation, loss or destruction.

It should be noted that in cases where the analyses of the access status of this website and customers’ feedbacks, etc. are outsourced to an external concerned person that is deemed necessary in the course of business we also take measures needed for the proper control of the collected information in relation to such outsourcing person.
